Transcripts

LAHSA transcripts are available from the LAHSA Main Office during our regular school hours, 8:00am - 3:00pm. Please make sure to call the main office (213-480-4601) at least 2 days before you need your transcript, in order to allow the staff time to prepare them for you. Official transcripts are delivered in a sealed envelope.

 

LAHSA is required to keep student records for 5 years. Afterwards, all student files are sent to LAUSD for digitization. Students who graduated 5 or more years ago will need to use the LAUSD Transcript Request system, available at https://achieve.lausd.net/transcripts, to receive their documents.
