Math Teacher - Algebra 2 and TCMS

This is my 6th year teaching math, and my first year teaching math at LAHSA! In my class, you will work as part of a team to push your brain to its limits and grow your understanding of mathematics. 

 

Students are expected to present often and contribute to their group in every discussion that we have. We will also be using technology in class often. Quizzes and tests are graded on a 5-point scale as follows:

 

5=A+, 4=A, 3=B, 2=C, D=1, F=0

 

I use Mastery grading, which means that you have opportunities to show your growth throughout the year.  For more information, please refer to my syllabi which will be attached once school starts.
