Athletic Forms

As part of the RFK Community Schools campus, LAHSA students are eligible to join the RFK BOBCATS and work with students from other RFK schools to promote RFK pride.

 

Students interested in joining one of the RFK BOBCATS teams must attend an informational meeting before tryouts begin. 

 

Forms and additional information can be found in the RFK Sports Athletic Director's office (Mr. Alexander) office in the Welcome Center.

 

Student athletes are required to turn in a physical from their doctor, a completed athletic packet, proof of insurance, and a must have a minimum 2.0 GPA from the previous grading period.
